Fatoora Help in Jeddah

Jeddah trading systems issue export-style paperwork, debit and credit notes, and invoices in the name of an agent or a principal. Those are the documents that fail first in a sandbox. Phase 2 is a connection to ZATCA at the time you issue the invoice, not a file the port staff email. Attach your wave notice. If you have none, say so. We will not assume Wave 25 because a neighbour in Al Hamra received it. The VAT return still has to match whatever the system clears.

ISZ Global matches you with vetted firms. You appoint. We do not file, we do not sign an audit, and we do not take a success fee. The shortlist is free for owners.

Phase 2 is integration, not a PDF

ZATCA announced Wave 25 of Phase 2 (integration) e-invoicing on 24 July 2026. It applies to taxpayers whose VAT-subject revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025, with an integration deadline of 1 February 2027.

Earlier waves had earlier deadlines. The notice ZATCA sent you is the document that matters. The VAT return still has to reconcile to the invoice feed.
