ISZ Global was founded by Imad Khan. It exists for business owners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia who need an auditor, tax agent, accountant or CFO and want to compare licensed options before they appoint one, instead of signing with the first firm they are introduced to.
We help owners see a few vetted options, check the registrations that matter, and appoint the firm they choose. We don't do the audit or file the return ourselves, and we don't take your decision away from you.

Imad Khan
Founder
Imad Khan founded ISZ Global after more than 15 years working in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with business consultancy, financial audit, accounting and tax consultancy firms. Over his career he has worked alongside more than 300 consultants and has advised multinational companies and groups of companies, building long-standing relationships with business owners and investors across both markets. He is currently a partner and Regional Managing Director at a SOCPA-licensed audit firm in Saudi Arabia, and has led ISZ Global for the past year. Throughout his career, Imad saw the same pattern repeat: the consultants who audit or advise a business are often chosen by its accountant or finance manager rather than its owner, which can create a conflict of interest. Too often, owners also rely on online reviews that do not reflect real performance. ISZ Global was created to change that, giving owners an independent way to appoint tested consultants who deliver, so the work is completed on time and without unnecessary stress.

Why ISZ Global Exists
In many companies across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the external auditor or financial consultant is appointed by the accountant or finance manager, the same people whose work that consultant will review. It is common practice, but it can put the owner's interests second. At the same time, online reviews in this industry are not always reliable, and owners can end up appointing a consultant who is not right for the job. ISZ Global is an independent bridge between business owners and consultants. We work directly with the owner, understand the scope, and introduce consultants we have tested and verified for that type of work. Alongside audit, accounting and tax, we connect owners with consultants for advisory work such as due diligence, feasibility studies, business valuation, transfer pricing and Local Content (ICV) certification. The owner makes the final decision with clear information, and the engagement starts with the right expectations on timing and deliverables. Our aim is simple: the right consultant for your job, and an audit concluded on time and stress-free.
What we do
- List auditors, tax advisers, accountants, CFOs and company formation specialists in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, after checking their licences against the regulator's register.
- Prepare a free shortlist of two or three suitable firms within 24 hours of your request.
- Introduce you only to the firms you approve, and follow up to make sure the introduction worked.
- Publish practical guides on audits, VAT, corporate tax, zakat and e-invoicing, with the regulator's source linked for every date and threshold.
What we don't do
ISZ Global is not an audit firm, a tax agent or an accounting firm. We don't sign audit opinions, represent you before the FTA or ZATCA, or keep your books. Those services are provided by the firm you appoint, under its own licence and engagement letter.
How we stay independent
Every listed firm passes the same checks, and no firm can pay to skip one. We suggest firms based on the service, location and sector you need, and you make the final decision.
