1. What ISZ Global does, and what it doesn't

ISZ Global is an introduction and comparison service. We list advisors, check the registrations described on our How We Verify page, and introduce you to the firms you choose.

ISZ Global is not an audit firm, a tax agent or an accounting firm. We do not issue audit opinions, file tax returns or give tax, legal or accounting advice. Any engagement is between you and the advisor you appoint, on that advisor's own terms. The advisor, not ISZ Global, is responsible for the work they do for you.

2. Listings and verification

Profiles are based on information the advisor gives us and on the checks described on our How We Verify page. We re-check each listed firm at least every 12 months, but registrations can change between checks. Before you appoint anyone, confirm the current licence or registration with the relevant authority. A listing is not a recommendation that a firm is right for your particular needs.

3. Founder disclosure

Our founder is also a partner in a SOCPA-licensed audit firm in Saudi Arabia. Where that firm is listed on ISZ Global, we disclose it.

You are always free to choose any listed firm, or none.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your request.
• Only submit details of other people (such as a colleague) if you have their permission.
• Do not use the site to send spam, upload harmful code, scrape listings or impersonate anyone.
• Review any advisor's engagement letter and fees yourself before you sign.

5. Paid consultations

If you book a paid consultation, the price, currency and what is included are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. The consultation is general guidance to help you decide what you need and whom to appoint; it is not an audit, a tax filing or a formal opinion.

6. Content and intellectual property

Guides and articles on the site are general information, checked against the sources we cite at the time of writing. Rules and deadlines change, so confirm anything important with the regulator or your advisor. The site design, text and logo belong to ISZ Global. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. Limits of our liability

We work to keep listings accurate and the site available, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, ISZ Global is not liable for an advisor's work, advice, fees or conduct, or for losses that come from relying on general information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
