Audit Firms in Riyadh
Riyadh audits are read by banks, by a foreign parent that wants English papers, and sometimes by a ministry counterparty. The opinion is still a SOCPA signature on a Commercial Registration in the capital. Mixed Saudi and foreign ownership does not change who may sign. It does change the Zakat and income-tax split that sits beside the statements. Do not appoint the audit firm to prepare that split for the same entity. Tell us the year-end and whether a buyer has already asked for the signed set.
ISZ Global matches you with vetted firms. You appoint. We do not file, we do not sign an audit, and we do not take a success fee. The shortlist is free for owners.
A statutory audit is a SOCPA appointment
A Saudi statutory audit opinion is signed by a firm and partner licensed by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants. The auditor should not be the person who keeps the books, and should not be the firm that prepares the Zakat or income-tax return for the same entity.
Questions owners ask
Can the Riyadh auditor file Zakat?
Not for the same entity. The auditor reports on the statements the Zakat base is taken from.
Does ISZ Global do this work?
No. We introduce vetted firms. The firm you appoint does the work under its own licence. The shortlist is free for owners.
