Audit Firms in Dubai

A Dubai audit is three conversations wearing one name. A DIFC entity on Gate Avenue, a DMCC trader, a JAFZA logistics company and a mainland LLC in Deira do not share a companies law. Banks on Sheikh Zayed Road and free-zone authorities often want the opinion for renewal even when the federal revenue test is not met. Tell us which licence will be signed, who will read the opinion, and whether the corporate-tax return is in the same season. We will not send a mainland-only firm to a DFSA-regulated entity, or a DIFC specialist to a Deira trader.

ISZ Global matches you with vetted firms. You appoint. We do not file, we do not sign an audit, and we do not take a success fee. The shortlist is free for owners.

What the UAE audit rule actually says

Under Ministerial Decision No. 82 of 2023, corporate tax payers with revenue above AED 50 million, and all Qualifying Free Zone Persons, must prepare audited financial statements.

The auditor should not be the tax agent or the bookkeeper for the same entity. Free-zone authorities and banks often ask for an audit even when that tax rule does not apply.

Questions owners ask

Who should not sign the Dubai audit?

The bookkeeper and the corporate-tax agent of the same entity. The auditor reviews the file those people built.

Does ISZ Global do this work?

No. We introduce vetted firms. The firm you appoint does the work under its own licence. The shortlist is free for owners.
