Audit Firms in Sharjah

Sharjah audits are often triggered by a free-zone renewal, not by a headline revenue figure. Hamriyah industrial licensees and SAIF Zone companies keep different reporting packs, and a mainland Sharjah trader is a third file. A sister company in Dubai does not make the Sharjah opinion optional. Bring the renewal letter and the year-end. If the same office also prepares the corporate-tax return, we will shortlist the audit separately so the second look remains.

ISZ Global matches you with vetted firms. You appoint. We do not file, we do not sign an audit, and we do not take a success fee. The shortlist is free for owners.

What the UAE audit rule actually says

Under Ministerial Decision No. 82 of 2023, corporate tax payers with revenue above AED 50 million, and all Qualifying Free Zone Persons, must prepare audited financial statements.

The auditor should not be the tax agent or the bookkeeper for the same entity. Free-zone authorities and banks often ask for an audit even when that tax rule does not apply.

Questions owners ask

Does Hamriyah require an audit?

Often for renewal, even when the federal revenue test is not met. Confirm the letter you received.

Does ISZ Global do this work?

No. We introduce vetted firms. The firm you appoint does the work under its own licence. The shortlist is free for owners.
