Retention and mobilisation balances belong in the letter as accounts the partner will test, not as 'other receivables' to be left for next year.
Energy and contracting offtakers read going-concern, related parties and unbilled work. Ask the firm how they tested those on the last Eastern Province file. A programme copied from a Riyadh trading company will not do.
Khobar companies use this URL on purpose. Do not wait for a separate Khobar page. If your CR is Jubail and the work is a full plant audit, say so — that may need a different team, still from this shortlist or a second match, not a thin extra URL.
Zakat and income tax must not contradict the statements. The auditor should meet those agents and remain independent of them. If one firm offers to sign the opinion and file Zakat, appoint someone else for one of the two.
Questions for an Eastern Province auditor
Eastern Province audits are site audits. If the letter could be performed from a Riyadh desk, it is the wrong letter. Compare two or three site plans, then appoint. This URL covers Khobar on purpose.

If the offtaker is international, English papers belong in the fee. If the offtaker is a contractor portal, name the portal so the partner knows the reader. A Riyadh-style letter will miss both.
